Gerard has completed work for Home Hardware, Atomic Energy of Canada and Shoppers Home Healthcare. Gerard has lead and managed design teams for branding projects that have included; usability studies, social media initiatives, web site development, marketing collateral, advertising, identity, direct mail, packaging, POP and B2B collateral.

Gerard is a student of the business of design, attending conferences and seminars, subscribing to publications and researching how to improve the business model of the modern design studio. Gerard has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario (RGD Ontario) since 2007 and has also served as a Web Design Instructor at Centennial College and a visiting lecturer at the Ontario College of Art.
