Gerard has completed work for Sprint, Colliers International and Royal Bank Capital Markets. Gerard has lead and managed design teams for branding projects that have included; marketing collateral, web site development, advertising, identity, direct mail, packaging, POP and B2B collateral.

Gerard is a student of the business of design, attending conferences and seminars, subscribing to publications and researching how to improve the business model of the modern design studio. Gerard sits on the 2007-2008 Board of Directors for the Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario (RGD Ontario) and has also served as a Web Design Instructor at Centennial College and a visiting lecturer at the Ontario College of Art.
